Jef is a young member of the Brujah clan. He is one of the Kindred that have lived their whole life in Ostend and do not see why they should move to somewhere else. He feels completely at home in the city.

This Brujah is the owner of a café in the city centre. Since this place is rather popular, Jef stays informed about the latest trends and events going on in the city.

As a Brujah, Jef can have a bad temper, but he restrains himself when he has to. He will almost never hesitate to speak his mind though. Jef dresses rather normal, but always wears sunglasses for some reason.
